Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of Conneaut Bancorp, MHC will be held Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., local time, at the main office of Conneaut Savings Bank, 305 Main St., Conneaut, Ohio. Business to be conducted at the meeting shall be the election of directors and any other business that may properly come before the meeting. As of the publication date of this notice, the Board of Directors of Conneaut Bancorp, MHC is not aware of any other business to come before the meeting. Members of Conneaut Bancorp, MHC, as of the close of business on December 31, 2025, shall be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the Annual Meeting.
